
其實這已經是快一個月前的事了,不過還是一定要提一下。就是這家位於礁溪的「東門滷味」。
這篇應該可以算是宜蘭吃玩之旅的第五篇文章。
明明是東門滷味,為何硬要說是「加藤滷味」呢?如果你是宅男或癡男或是一般健康男性,或是妳男朋友是左列其一,那應該會聽過加藤鷹這號人物。看這個影片的大約十幾秒開始。
嘿!瞧這老闆的手多厲害啊!這家滷味會這麼有名,連平常日也要排隊,不是沒有原因的啊!秘奧義就是,老闆左右開弓,上下齊手,手勁是柔中帶剛,用生命在搓揉著滷味包,看了都有點不好意思。他真的很專心地在取悅這包滷味,上天堂的滋味就是由這雙手而來吧!
而真的,滷味非常好吃,而且這家滷味的酸菜更是,打破我絕不吃酸菜的堅持,因為我非常討厭吃酸菜。但這家的酸菜很好吃,雖然我還是怕怕酸菜的味道,但我是還是會請老闆多加一點,因為真的變態的好吃。
